Henkel 201 U.S. 43 and not a corporation chartered by the state of California Corporation Code sections 200-213. The Healer Woman Products and Services™ and Papyrus Manufacturing Co.™ is Individual Owned by a Private Individual By the California Constitution Article 1 Section 1 and the U.S. Constitution; Amendments 5 &4 under the personal Liberty Clause which includes the right to make a living in any lawful calling. In addition to their California Constitution, Article 1 Section 4, and U.S. Constitution Amendments 1, right of Religious Freedom in which they exercise with exclusive reservation. 

 The Healer Woman Products and Services™ and Papyrus Manufacturing Co.™  (Company) has not applied for Corporation status for Corporate Privileges. The Healer Woman Products and Services™ or Papyrus Manufacturing Co.™  is not a Government Collecting Agency (State or Federal) or “Employer” (as that term is defined and used in Law) and therefore we do not charge taxes on any of the items we sell. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone or any corporation for any reason without giving a reason as to our refusal to do business with you or any entity/corporation. If you are a United States Government Employee or an Affiliate (or any of the United States Governments three letter Corporate Affiliates, Partners or Reporting Agencies such as the CIA, FBI, FDA, AMA, IRS and or not limited to these listed) of the United States Government you are not allowed, you do not have the  permission to use, or enter The Healer Woman products and services™ and Papyrus Manufacturing Co.™(thehealerwoman.com) website, purchase, or participate with or in any of our products or services in any manner.

We do not give refunds unless a product was shipped In Error created by The Healer Woman Services and Services. There are no medical doctors on our staff; therefore we do not diagnose illness or prescribe pharmaceuticals.  All guests to this site are encouraged to seek competent medical help when those services are deemed necessary.  The guest accepts total responsibility for his/her own health care and maintenance. All information on this site is for educational purposes only and not intended to take the place of your (guest/visitors) ability to choose for yourself the type of lifestyle or care you partake in or use.  All of the formulas contain herbs and minerals to be used for nutrition.

Customer Service

Return Policy Online

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction even after the point of sale. We ask that you please read over the description and price of the product(s) or service(s) you wish to order. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to answer any questions you may have prior to or after purchasing an item from The Healer Woman Products and Services online. Our phone number is (650) 271-3706 (Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm, Pacific Standard Time). Please note we have a no return policy.

We only accept returns, that has been shipped in error by The Healer Woman Products and Services only. Any products shipped in error by The Healer Woman Products and Services must have prior authorization and an In Error Return Authorization Code before it can be received by our office. Items sent back without the return authorization number, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

An In Error Return Authorization Code may be obtained by calling The Healer Woman Product and Service’s Customer Service: 650-271-3706 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (Pacific Standard Time). Please write the In Error Return Authorization Code on the line indicated on the packing slip. Our customer service representative will provide you further instruction on sending your In Error Return to The Healer Woman Products and Services Online. In Error Returns must be accompanied with:

• original receipt
• packing slip
• all original packaging

Refunds for In Error Returns will be processed based on the original form of payment.

The following items cannot be returned:

• The Healer Woman Gift Cards
• Individual products purchased as part of a Introductory Package (the entire Package must be returned)
• Products that were ordered by the customer that were not sent In Error by The Healer Woman Products and Services.

While we are unable to process new orders via the In Error Return process, if you wish to reorder a item, please place another order online.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to damaged items section below.

Please note: products purchased at The Healer Woman Products and Services Onsite Locations, must be returned to those locations.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact The Healer Woman Products And Services within 48 hours of receipt of damaged items: 650-271-3706 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time. Failure to report damaged items within 48 hours of receipt of package (based on time package was delivery at the address of the customer’s Home or Business by carrier) will result in an inability for The Healer Woman Products and Services to replace your order. All damaged goods will be replaced and not refunded there will be no exceptions.  Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with any questions.   Items sent back without the Damaged Item Authorization Code on shipping label, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. All damaged products must be returned with:

• original receipt
• packing slip
• all original packaging
• Must have an Damaged Item Authorization Code
